Good

The instant drum automation and background effects ruled. You have extremely good and smooth transitions in this song. They were subtle, yet fast. Volume levels were well mastered too ^__^

Great song 5/5

ps. Sorry it took so long for the review.

Good song

The reverb at the beggining sounds just a little bit staticky. The song sounds like a very classic trance, but there is emotion behind the chords you chose. The song had a cool, airy sort of feel to it, complemented by the soft, yet solid drums. The way you added new riffs and effects as the song continued kept it interesting. It's good the way you re-use existing patterns in slight variation to keep the song from getting old. Some people just can't do that. Apart from having an ending it was pretty good, but I'd at least do a fade out.

DJZero-DJEFFECTS responds:

thanks its longer than that i had 2 cut it short it gets good but thanks for the reply

A little slow

Pretty good:

The drums sounded just a little bit 'in your face' if you know what I mean. They sounded very dry. The melody is solid, which is good, but there is a bit of repitition. I liked the record scratching effects, those were a lot of fun :D

There is no way that 'techno' is in fact supposed to sound, at least not in my opinion. Techno is a very vague term, and only really means that the music is made electronically.

Really fun

This is a cool loop. It has a different sounding sort of tonality about it, which keeps it fresh and interesting. The only drawback to the song is the repetition. Plus, if it's a loop it is more economical to only repeat it once so the file size isn't as large.

wesdood responds:

i like big files

This is pretty good

It's a good start, but it seems really mushy. It's too hard to focus on one track itself, which makes the music sound like it has a lot of noise on top of it. Of course, it's not noise, it's a well composed song, but I'd work a lot with the levels.

Dunno, just my own opinion ^__^;

MaestroSorrow responds:

Sounds good, many thanks for your advice, I will keep it in mind during the final touches of this song.

Many thanks for the review.

Really good

You're very good at writing classical because of your ability to use key changes and such. It's hard to do that. You ought to do some effect heavy stuff with your good composition skills.

MaestroSorrow responds:

I will dwell a bit into hard metal, I hope I can pull it off. Just need to find some good samples, and master some drum beats, and i'm good to go ^^.

Many thanks for the idea.

Very good

The only part that was dissapointing was the end because it cut off. The rest was great though!

I liked the strings section in the song, and all the little melodies were really cool. Everything fit together really well.

Don't listen to that other guy about how you shouldn't have had the intro explode. Songs that take too long to warm up lost the interest of the listener :D

MaestroSorrow responds:

heh, quick openings and quick endings, thats what makes it a good loop ^^. Though I admit I probably could have made it longer, and more evident at its endings.

Cool stuff

This was a neat little loop. I love the chord progressions you use in your music, it's a lot more complex than what I'm capable of ^__^ I really liked those voices that you added for accent in the loop, it was cool to have those fade in and out.

I hope this makes it on the logo, paragonX9 is rather overrated -_-;

MaestroSorrow responds:

just practice, one day you will rise to my level if not bypass me! You have the potential, you must simply practice to hone it.

I also hope it makes it up there... though I should probably email one of the NG staff concerning it.

Wow!

I didn't really know what to expect, but this is really great! This certainly has an RPG sort of air about it, great work. It's hard to find good original music like this on the audio portal.

MaestroSorrow responds:

Most of my RPG tracks are meant to be insantly opening and ending, as well as repetitive... sometimes I crave for freedom, but when your working on a project you gotta stick with the rules >_>.

Thanks for the review.

(Your stuffs pretty damn original too, so thats a pretty big compliment, thank you).

Great!

Wow this song is really great, one of the few songs I've liked in a long time. The tune is really fresh and awesome.

Check out my techno music, and my flash movies too :D
